These terms and conditions apply to the use of the dancejewellery.co.uk website. By placing an order on dancejewellery.co.uk, you have agreed to accept these terms and conditions and we recommend you make a note of these terms and conditions.

However please note, these terms and conditions can change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, below or any policy on this website, you are advised not to use or access www.dancejewellery.co.uk  or any other website operated by Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd.

General Information

Dancejewellery.co.uk is a division of Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd, 20, Willow Close, Hagley, West Midlands DY9 0LU

We do not charge VAT as we are as yet not VAT registered.

These terms and conditions set out below are between yourself and Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd when you purchase items from dancejewellery.co.uk. None of the terms affect your statutory rights.

Any purchases made through dancejewellery.co.uk with Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd are for your own private and home use and are not for re-sale.

No one under the age of 18 can order from dancejewellery.co.uk.

You declare and guarantee that all the details you give dancejewellery.co.uk for the purpose of your order and purchasing items are true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects. Also you can confirm that your paypal account, debit or credit card you use is yours and that you insure that they have enough funds to cover payment for the items ordered.

By giving your email you agree that this can be a used for long-distance communication.

In order to purchase from dancejewellery.co.uk  you will need to register and choose your own username and password. You must use your own username and password when buying from dancejewellery.co.uk and you are responsible for all actions and ordering under your password and username. Do not pass on or disclose your username and password and keep this information secure. You can not sell, transfer, disclose to anyone your username and password or let anyone order through your account using your details.

You must inform dancejewellery.co.uk of any changes in your details that you have supplied to us and it is your responsibility to do this as soon as it is reasonable possible. We shall take no responsibility if errors are made in delivery from details not being correct.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd tracks the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on dancejewellery.co.uk to enable us, and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities, to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on or using our website. Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd reserve the right to end our agreement with you and suspend or terminate your access to dancejewellery.co.uk immediately with out notice, when:

1, Failure to make payment, when it is due.

2, Any breach of these terms and conditions,

3, If you do not give Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd enough information if requested by us and within a reasonable time, so to check the accuracy and validation of any information given by you or your identity,

4, We believe or suspect you are about or have engaged in illegal and fraudulent way on dancejewellery.co.uk

Your responsibilities if you break these Conditions

You agree that if you break these Conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent. Needs rewording



By placing an order you have agreed that the information you have given to us is accurate true and complete.

Orders are subject to availability of items and our acceptance of your order. In the event that the item is unavailable we will refund your order payment via the method of payment you used to purchase the items. However if an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you if we can order the item in and give you an approximate time we can supply it by, if we can. However you need to communicate with us as to what you want to do within 5 working days. If we do not hear from you we will not take the order any further and you will have to order again.

All prices of items on dancejewellery.co.uk are correct when inputted, however we have the right to change item prices at any time. We do not charge VAT as we are not yet VAT registered. Therefore VAT is not deductable off the purchase price if you order outside the UK.

No contract of sale for any product exists between you and dancejewellery.co.uk until we send our invoice to you via email after payment has been made through Paypal or any other payment method. The transaction must have also cleared.

After ordering an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method and cost with postage. An invoice is emailed once payment has completed. We notify you when your items have been sent to you with tracking number if appropriate to the postage. 

Please check all the details on your confirmation email are correct.  You must contact us as soon as possible if any details are wrong or incorrect.

Unaccepted orders will be emailed with the reasons why.

We will then take payment if the item is in stock and at that point we will issue an invoice of payment and dispatch within one working day. At this point the order cannot be cancelled and you will have to return the item via our Return Items procedure. We try to dispatch that working day but cannot guarantee this. We sent items to the address on your Paypal account so to prevent fraudulent transactions.      

On Sale items, other discounted vouchers, codes or offers, will not be allowed.



We give an approximate delivery times for your order to reach you. The ordered goods will be delivered to your Paypal account address that you have given us. If you order a necklace and it is out of stock or order a bespoke item, we will contact you giving an approximate time of delivery.      

If you live outside the UK you may have to pay the import charges (duties and taxes) when your item arrives in your country. You must also meet any customs clearance charges and fees. Please note: that customs policies are different for each country and we recommend you contact your country’s local customs office if you need that information.

Also note that packages may be subject to cross border examination by that country’s custom authorities.



Payment is made at the moment through Paypal and we, Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd do not hold any card data through purchases from the website. We adhere by Paypal’s rules and processing. For further details please contact paypal.co.uk for any further information. This is for online ordering and does not apply to any face-to-face sales. At face-to-face sales we accept credit and debit cards.


Cancelling an Order

If after placing an order, you change your mind and wish to cancel or want to change it please contact us as soon as possible. Dance Jewellery will endeavour to make any changes before dispatch but this cannot be guarantee as the order may have been processed. So if this happens you may have to wait until you have received your order and then return it through the normal returns procedure.

After you have contacted us and we have had your communication you will be refunded within 30 days of your order through the method of payment you paid the order with, providing you return these items in the same condition that you received them. Please read the “Returns Procedure” for more information, before returning your order.


Returns Procedure

With all returns for whatever the reason please email us first with the reasons, order number, your contact details and items that you are returning.

With all orders placed before Christmas in December, you have until the 31st January to return the items. We suggest recorded delivery for all returns. All packaging, tags and items must be in the condition you received them. All return postage must be paid for by yourself and ensuring it’s safe arrival to us. With a receipt for the postage we will refund the amount. You must send the item back at a cost effective amount and we will use our discretion if we believe postage is excessive and unreasonable.

If you live in the European Union and you cancel your order within 20 working days (Sat, Sun and English Bank Holidays not included as working days) and return the goods as soon as possible, you will get a full refund of the goods paid.

When we receive the order we will start the process of refunding and will refund within 30 days through the payment method and account you paid the order with. If you paid for extra postage services other than the “standard postage” Dance Rocks Jewellery Limited will only refund the “standard postage”. If you cancel only part of the order and return a portion of the order, you will only receive the difference that the item or portion of the order you returned makes if it had not been included on the first order. If the absence of that item makes no postal difference then no postage/carriage is refunded.

The liability for any charges in returning your goods to dancejewellery.co.uk, are yours, unless we at dancejewellery.co.uk have made an error. Please use signed for or tracking postage to ensure the items safe return.

All items must be returned with the relevant packaging it was sent in, with tags and hygiene seals in tact and with no seals broken or not tampered with. You may try all jewellery on as you can in a shop but not pierced earrings (or other pierced items). Pierced Earrings are supplied in a hygiene clear plastic sealed plastic bag for your safety. As in a shop you may put this to your ear and inspect the quality of the item. Please do not tamper with or open the hygiene seal if you want to return the item. Each earring hygiene tamper proof clear plastic bag is individually marked with a unique code which is noted on your invoice that is sent out with the item.

If your items are damaged or are not as described please let us know by email and return the item as soon as possible with an explanation of the problem. Please also include your order number, name, address and date of order and delivery. If it is found we are at fault we will refund your item and postage costs. Please include evidence of postage payment.



All rights, including copyright, within the content of the dancejewellery.co.uk website and other correspondence are owned or controlled by Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd. By accessing dancejewellery.co.uk website pages, Facebook or Twitter you agree that you can only download the content for individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to broadcast, copy, download, store (in any format), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of the dancejewellery.co.uk for any other purpose including commercial use, without the prior written permission of Dance Rocks Jewellery Ltd.

We are not responsible for any material displayed or written about Dance Jewellery on any third party websites. We can not vouch/ be responsible or held too, for the prices that are displayed or written on other websites such as shopping directories or any third party websites.
